Very bad product and customer service. We had to get rid of this cooktop after 3 months of its purchase as all our vessels were turning black after cooking. We tried cleaning the burners multiple times but that didn’t help.
Their service center is horrible. They send inexperienced technicians & then even after raising multiple complaints, they don’t turn up.
